There is a large central container which provides storage for the 3 meal prep containers, with a side pocket that fits two protein shakers/water bottles. Above the main cooled area there is a separate compartment for snacks, which includes a mesh pocket for cutlery. Another mesh pocket covers the rear of the bag which could carry a phone, wallet and keys.
