The bag ships with three snap lid containers, which conveniently slot into individual shelves in the centre section of the bag. There is space for two (provided) gel packs either side of the meal prep containers, which keep your meals cool for up to 8 hours.
The top of the central section has an additional mesh pouch for additional supplements or accessories. Either side, there is additional space for up to four drinks bottles or protein shakers!
