Over the coming months we are going to look at several well reviewed meal management bags with the aim of finding ‘best in class’ as we move into the new year. We are interested in finding:

• the best quality meal management bag for 2020;
• the best dedicated meal management bag for 2020; and
• the best multi-use meal management bag for 2020.

We’re not necessarily after the cheapest meal management bag in this category; what we want is a high quality bag at an affordable price. Let’s face it, these things aren’t always cheap and not everyone has the luxury of dropping £200+ on a meal management system.

The winner will 100% come in under £100, although we’re going to try and find one for under £50 if we can.

Best Quality Meal Management Bag for 2020

What’s the best meal management bag that money can buy in 2020? This almost certainly won’t be the cheapest meal management bag on the market, although that doesn’t necessarily mean it’ll be the most expensive either.

I’ve been using the Six Pack Fitness Innovator 300 (review) and Fitmark Transporter Duffel (review) for more than 5 years and both are holding up really well. At the time of posting, the Innovator 300 is almost three times as expensive as the Transporter, so price doesn’t necessarily tell the whole story.

We’ll be looking for a meal management bag that’s well constructed, looks good & comes with ample storage for your meal prep containers (and possibly gym kit!)

Best Dedicated Management Bag for 2020

Fairly straight forward, this one. We want to know the best meal management bag that serves one purpose: cool storage for your food prep containers (and possibly protein shakes).

We’ll be looking at offerings from leading meal management brands like 6 Pack Bags, Fitmark & Isolator Fitness, as well as those form lesser known manufacturers.

Best Multi-Use Management Bag for 2020

Multi-use meal management bags pair cold storage for your meal prep containers with space for gym kit, laptops and other items you may need throughout the day.

We want to find the meal management bag that offers the best solution for someone who leaves their house in the morning, needing cold storage for a full day’s meal prep, as well as room for their gym kit and a laptop / note pad.
